Jim Zuckerman

Jim Zuckerman  was originally in school for medical studies, but left and pursued his passion for photography. Many of his photos are very natural and taken on exotic trips. Many of his pictures take place in locations such as Tanzania, India, Ethiopia, Iceland, Turkey, Indonesia and more. He tends to capture people and animals in their natural habitats and doing their day to day activities in these different locations. I enjoy his pictures because of how natural they are. Whether it is an animal or person of these exotic places completing normal rituals, posed or not, it's a completely natural take on the activity.

Annie Leibovitz

Annie Liebovitz went to the San Fransisco Art Institute in 1977 originally intending to be a painter. She took an extra night class of photography and became entranced. Her work is described as "dramatic, quirky, and iconic".  She has created many amazing collections throughout her time. One of her most famous and interesting collection of pictures to me was the Disney Dream Portraits. She took models and placed them in surroundings by Photoshop to reenact a Disney movie or scene from one as an advertisement for the Disney Parks. I just thought it was interesting seeing real people in the place of movies that were originally made with cartoons. She had a certain vibe to these pictures that made it intriguing. She also is very known for taking pictures of a great amount of celebrities. She has eloquently photographed people such as John Lennon, Joan Armatrading, Mick Jagger, and many more.
